Services & Maintenance

We offer our customers specialized and high-quality services in the power systems of our manufacture and also from other manufacturers.

Our annual training program provides our engineers and technicians with high-level training to perform all types of technical services, meeting the most stringent quality requirements of our customers, whatever their business core.

We do care all over the country, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provide services on-site or remote support.

Spare Parts Sale

We sell spare parts for replacement and substitution in cases of corrective maintenance or for life time.

We offer special discounts on the advance purchase of spare parts kits, providing for the minimum need according to the equipment's operating time.

Training

We carry out training programs designed according to the needs of each client, with theoretical and practical explanation, which can be taught in our facilities / training room or at the client's own facilities. Participants receive a certificate of participation at the end of the course.

Maintenance Contract

The preventive/corrective maintenance and remote monitoring contracts provide our customers with greater reliability, preventing the occurrence of failures through periodic inspections and checks.

The implementation of the recommended periodic maintenance plan will prolong the operation time of the equipment without fail, in addition to avoiding unexpected stops, mobilization subject to technical availability and high costs with detached emergency corrective maintenance.

The main maintenance items are stocked in sufficient quantities for immediate assistance.

Retrofit

Aiming at the repair/corrective maintenance on old equipment, at the end of its useful life, we perform Retrofit services.

In Retrofit, in addition to the repair, we carried out the modernization of the equipment considered outdated or outside current standards, implementing current technology. For example, in the case of Rectifiers and UPSs, microprocessing of variables and digital supervision can be incorporated.

Technical Support

Our technical support has a team of specialist technicians available for customer service, in order to clarify all kinds of technical doubts.

In the technical assistance service call, through the contact made via telephone, the customer's needs are analyzed by the technical support and a field technician is mobilized on an emergency basis to attend when necessary.

Authorized Technical Assistance

Socomec - We are accredited as a Socomec Authorized Dealer for general services, training, sales of equipment and spare parts throughout the country.

ESF - We exclusively carry out maintenance on equipment supplied by the former FSE - Fabrica de Sistema de Energia, such as TPR and SPR rectifiers, KNE switch modules and UPSE 2000M.
