To sustain and strengthen ethics within the organizational culture, the company has an Ethics Committee dedicated to monitoring and handling any report received. This initiative has already become a fundamental pillar in the business processes and in the way the company and its employees act.

The Ethics channel is an important tool, ensuring anonymity at all stages and aiming to encourage the sharing of reports of illegal acts or acts that are in disagreement with the norms and conduct recommended by ADELCO in its Code of Ethics and Conduct.
